A few notes.
A useful conversation.
A simple checklist and sleep diary to help you explain your nights, your questions and what matters to your family.
No signup required. Keep your notes with you; this page does not collect or submit them.
Before your free 15-minute call
- Note your child’s age and your main sleep concern.
- Describe a typical bedtime, nap pattern and night in a few sentences.
- Choose one or two things you would like help with.
- Note what you have tried and what did or did not feel workable.
- Bring any healthcare instructions or family preferences that a plan must respect.
- Think about who handles bedtime and what your household can realistically manage.
Questions you can ask Katrina
- Which service fits our child’s stage and our concern?
- How would you adapt the approach to our family’s preferences?
- What follow-up is included, and when can we expect replies?
- How do we discuss adjustments if a step feels difficult?
- What is the total current price, including any add-ons and taxes?
Use the diary if it helps
Brief notes from a couple of typical days can help you describe patterns. Record what actually happens; there is no need to change your routine for the diary. If tracking adds stress, a short description is enough.

What the introductory call is for
Explain your main concern, ask about Katrina’s approach and discuss whether a package fits. The free call is an introduction rather than a complete personalised sleep plan.
Keep following any individual care advice from your healthcare provider. The diary is a conversation aid, not a tool for changing feeding or care instructions.
